Governors Lake Suites
Governors Lake Suites, completed in spring 2024 in Timberlea, Nova Scotia, is an 18,000 sq ft boutique hotel with ground‑floor commercial space. The project came to fruition through a design‑build approach by Bruno Builders in partnership with Levi St. Design and a multidisciplinary engineering team. The team developed an enticing location for tourists to stay after exploring all that Timberlea has to offer in its natural surroundings.
High‑performance ERVs with Automatic IAQ controls and CSA‑certified dryer exhaust ventilators ensure healthy indoor air, energy efficiency, and code compliance—delivering lasting comfort for guests and long‑term value for owners.
Energy‑Smart Ventilation Integration
Fantech ATMO 200E and FIT 120E ERVs, managed by ECO‑touch AUTO IAQ controllers and push‑button boost timers, provide 0.5–1 ACH (required by NBC §9.32 and ASHRAE 62.1/62.2). Guests enjoy fresh, humidity‑balanced air year‑round, and owners benefit from lower HVAC loads and green‑building credentials.
Safe & Effective Dryer Exhaust Performance
CSA C22.2 No. 113‑15–certified duct power ventilators solve long-duct static‑pressure challenges, offering high‑temperature shutdown, lint control, and clean‑access panels. Tenants gain faster, safer drying; owners gain reduced maintenance, fire‑safe operation, and assured code adherence.
