A potential issue was detected early in the process within the primary suite's toilet room (water closet), which was fully enclosed and lacked an operable window—posing a ventilation code compliance issue. To address this, Fantech provided a PB 110 Fan with a screened grill.
The solution ensured a remote, quiet, and efficient exhaust airflow solution while complying with International and California Mechanical Codes.
